This week's challenge at Christmas Stampin all Year Long is "Buttons and Bows"!! How fun is that? Create a card using ribbons and buttons as your embellishments.
Using watercolor crayons and some glitter and Santa is how I remember him as a child. For the top border I used a Martha Stewart border punch and put ballet blue card stock behind to pop out the stars. Ribbons, buttons, scraps of paper and stars left over from other projects.
The Santa stamp came from a Stampin' Up set called Old-Fashioned Christmas.
The challenge for Christmas Stampin all Year Round for July is that anything goes...you heard it...make any kind of Christmas cards you want.
Oh, and Die Cut Dreams is holding a challenge called Sweet Christmas Wishes. They have some really cute cards by their DT.
