Glittery Angels

Glittery Angels:

I have this set from Stampin Up that I have never used.  Thank you Winter Wonderland for dreaming up this challenge for me to use this set.

The set is called Holiday Hello.  Made in 2000.  The word Joy comes from another set called The Snowflake Spot.

I used colored foil for the background to give it some sparkle and lots of glitter pens and regular glitter sprinkled and stuck with a glue pen.  (I love the glue pen by the way because I can spot glitter wherever I want.)

The ribbon is wired and makes a puffy bow.  The hanging baubles and pearls are also from a Stampin' Up kit called Pretties.

Oh, and the little ribbon tag that the word Joy is stuck to is cut from a Shapeabilities set by Spellbinders call Ribbon Tags.  Another first.  I haven't ever used that die set either.  I am going to take another picture of this card in better light so that you can see more of the glitter and the puffy bow.   Until then, enjoy your week and stop by Winter Wonderland Challenge Blog and help yourself to one of their challenges.

I entered this card in the following challenges:

Winter Wonderland -- Glittery Angels

Christmas Stampin all Year Round - Anything goes christmas card  - 2 of 5
