Let's Talk About Scraps
I have boxes of scraps divided into colors. Right now they are separated by groups or shades of the same colors. I also have different boxes for patterned scraps and the "one of" designer paper that I run across all too frequently!!! The problem is this method takes up a lot of space. Let's have a discussion about scraps and the way you store scraps.

OK...This is what works for me and may not work for others. I have a white sterilite plastic organizer that has 6 pull out drawers. I have labeled each one with a color or color combo (blues, greens, neutrals, pink/reds, etc...) and throw all my reusable scraps into the appropriate color drawer. When I am looking for a certain color, I look in there first before cutting into a brand new sheet of paper. I mix the solid card stock with the pattern paper and it works for me. The drawers hold quite a bit and it helps keep my craft area organized and tidy.
I like the idea of having scraps in draws, it is a little more visual too, than grabbing out a box. Don't you just hate cutting into a brand new sheet of paper?!?
